Beth Posa is the owner of New Strength Pilates, an exclusive studio with an intimate setting specializing in a variety of movement and wellness modalities. For the past 20 years, Beth has been a fitness and wellness coach offering both individual and group training. Her focus has been working with post-rehab clients, groups, and high level athletes, or anyone who wants to succeed in acquiring better health and body education. Beth is strongly motivated by building community believing that everyBODY is a someBODY. Her intuition, experience, and extensive education has brought relief, improved function and strength to the thousands of people she has trained over the years. Her listening ear, open mind, clear guidance, wise advice and gentle humor are key to helping bring clients to a place of health and well being.

- Fully certified STOTT PILATES Instructor (since 2006). Training trainers is part of her skill set and she earned the certification of STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer in 2007. She has spent thousands of hours completing her training and qualifications to be in the Pilates arena. She has been appointed a specialist in Active for Life, Athletic Conditioning, Dance Conditioning, Group Equipment, Group Matwork, and Post Rehabilitation. Her education brings many other experiences with Michele Larrson of Core Dynamics, Ron Fletcher’s Towelwork and Liz Koch. Her experience instructing TRX, Total Barre, Zenga Mat and equipment allows her to offer a broad spectrum of training to her clients
- Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist. Beth’s education and experience spans many other modalities including exercise programs for breast cancer survivors. New Strength Pilates studio ran classes for Breast Cancer Warriors for 6 years as a community outreach service for breast cancer survivors in Fort Bend
- ARC CPR/AED Instructor - since becoming a certified CPR/AED Instructor through the American Red Cross in 2009, Beth has provided this training for certification to many schools, companies and individuals
- Certified Melt Method instructor in all levels and components of MELT (hand and foot, length, performance, and Pilates) - a fascial hydration system used for the relief of pain and inflammation
- Certified Nutritious Movement Trainer - Beth has undergone extensive training to become a Restorative Exercise Specialist and Healthy Foot Practitioner as part of her training in the Nutritious Movement, designed to help the body achieve natural alignment and health through corrective movements
- Somanaut Qualification - Beth completing a 6 day intensive hands-on anatomical Human Dissection Course in order to better understand the inner space of the body
- Training in ScolioPilates and Pilates for MS and other Neurological Conditions level 1 and 2 (advanced)
- Certified Rossiter Practitioner (2018) enables Beth to offer this effective pain relieving technique to her clients
- Certified as Peer Educator for American Bone Health which provides Beth with access to the latest research on overall bone health which she incorporates in working with her clients
