We're open Monday through Saturday. Our classes are created as our clients need them. We have morning, afternoon and evening classes available.
In order to provide a highly effective, well-rounded and safe workout experience, we offer private, semi-private or group sessions led by our FULLY certified instructors. Our class schedule is not published. You and your trainer pick the appropriate class together. All clients are requested to do 2 private classes upon entering group classes.

Scheduled on a monthly basis with payment due at the beginning of the month. We do not offer deductions or refunds for missed sessions.

Payment is due in advance in order to secure your session.
24-hour Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for Private and Semi-Private sessions. If you are unable to make your reserved session, please cancel at least 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount. This is a courtesy to both the instructor and other clients who might want to schedule a session at that time.

Specialized Health and Wellness Classes
In addition to our regular classes, we periodically offer classes to help you on your pathway to health and wellness. Classes are led by our instructors or area professionals.
- Build Your Bones: 4 week workshop lead by Beth Posa, owner of New Strength Pilates Pilates (April 2018)
- Feed Your Bones: 1 week nutritional session led by Laura Laine, MEd, RDN, LD (June, 2018)
