  • STOTT PILATES® is the only method taught at New Strength Pilates.  It is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates.  Co-founders Moira and Lindsay G. Merrithew, along with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, have spent more than two decades refining the STOTT PILATES® method of exercise and equipment.  This resulted in the inclusion of modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation, making it one of the safest and most effective methods available. 

Our sessions are 55 minutes in duration and are offered as privates, duets, trios and quads.  These are scheduled by contacting us (yes, you will speak to a person) and arranged at your convenience.

            DUETS       $40.00 PER SESSION (PER PERSON)
            TRIOS        $25.00 PER SESSION (PER PERSON) *
            QUADS      $20.00 PER SESSION (PER PERSON) *

            ALL MAT CLASSES REQUIRE A RESERVATION.  NO WALKINS PLEASE.
            ALL TRIOS AND QUADS REQUIRE MONTHLY PREPAYMENT.
